Shipping and Returns Policy

All items will be posted via royal mail 1st class recorded delivery and will arrive 1 to 2 days after dispatch.

 

Each items postage will be individually priced depending on size and weight. I will always combine postage for multiple orders when possible.

 

Orders over £ 150 will be free postage.

Tapestries  - £2.50

Small/ lightweight items  - £4.50

Medium items   - £7

Large / heavy items  - £ 15

If you are dissatisfied with an item or it arrived damaged,  send me a message or send a picture of the damage and I will resolve any issues. All items will be very securely packed to prevent this happening.
